Donation Policy
Company 4 Humanity's contribution follows two binding principles.
of free cash flow
Every year, we donate 80% of our free cash flow – the money that remains after all expenses, repayments and necessary investments – to fight poverty, provide medical aid and support sustainable global development. This allocation takes two forms:
Form 1: Annual distribution
Every year, we donate 80% of the free cash flow that remains in the company after all expenses, repayments and necessary investments.
Form 2: Asset commitment
Net assets generated and retained in the company are permanently dedicated to the development goals above. In the event of liquidation or sale, this value is used directly for these purposes after deduction of liabilities and shareholder contributions.
of revenue
Every month, 5% of our revenue goes to sustainable development projects. These ongoing contributions are offset against 80% of the annual free cash flow at year-end. This ensures that development projects are supported continuously throughout the year, not only once at year-end.
Funding and Donation Policy
We support development organisations worldwide that work in sustainable economic or social fields. Our funding is based on the following criteria.
Competence and impact
The organisation must have the expertise to develop and successfully implement tailored solutions focused on regions in need.
Local participation model
Projects are only funded if they are planned and carried out with the active involvement of local stakeholders (communities, local authorities). The aim is to create transparent, effective structures and to strengthen local ownership.
KPI-based reporting
The contribution to development must be shown through quantifiable key performance indicators (KPIs). Purely qualitative reports are not sufficient; effectiveness must be measurably proven.
Financial transparency
Organisations must submit a detailed and transparent project cost calculation. Every cost item must be traceable, in line with market rates and appropriate.
Accountability
Organisations commit to comprehensive documentation. Regular impact reports must demonstrate the progress and actual success of the measures.
