Share a Development Idea with GDfH

Propose a development project or idea—with or without funding.

Beyond GDfH’s prepared projects, individuals, companies, institutions, academics, and community partners may bring forward development ideas tailored to specific needs and local contexts.

You may propose an intervention that you are willing to fund or co-fund, or submit a strong and clearly developed idea even when funding is not yet available. GDfH reviews each submission with local teams and relevant experts before considering possible project development, partnership or implementation.

What to include in your proposal

  • Community needThe problem or opportunity the project should address.
  • LocationThe proposed country, community or implementation area.
  • BeneficiariesThe people or groups expected to benefit.
  • Approach and budgetThe proposed activity and indicative funding requirement.
  • Expected impactThe measurable and sustainable outcomes you expect.
